• Prepare raw materials: including glass plates, desiccant, aluminum spacers, etc.

• Cut the glass plate: Cut the glass plate to the required size.

• Cleaning glass panels: Repair and remove oil stains on the glass surface to ensure cleanliness.

• Preheating treatment: Preheat the cleaned glass plate to reach the temperature required by the process.

• Welded spacers: There is a layer of aluminum spacers on the inside of the two glass panels to maintain the stability and sealing of the hollow layer.

• Form insulating glass: Splice two pre-made glass plates together and use sealant or other sealing materials for sealing to form an insulating glass structure.

• Inspection and quality control: Inspect the assembled insulating glass to ensure that its appearance, size and performance meet the requirements.

• Packaging and transportation: Pack the qualified insulating glass and transport it to the destination.
