Applications of Vertical-shaft Concrete Mixer:

They are widely used in the production of building blocks and prefabricated parts, and they also can be used for producing steel fiber reinforced concrete, color concrete and dry mortar, etc. They are also suitable for mixing dry hard concrete (roller compacted concrete).

1. High Mixing EfficiencyThe mixing arms is driven by the gear box to move with complex track and since the mixing is turbulent, the electric concrete mixer will work more effectively.
2. Multiple Discharging Method.The discharging door can be operated hydraulically, pneumatically or manually according to various demands of customers.
3. Steady DrivingThe supporting part of their steady driving is that the power transmission is realized by a hard surface gearbox.
4. Special Designed Water SprayerIt leads to the even distribution of the materials and ensure the water cloud cover more area.
5. Easy to maintain and having no leakage problemSince the transmission system (including motor) is located at the top of mixing drum, which is completely separated from the concrete, it’s convenient for maintenance and there will be no leakage problem at the shaft end.
6. Homogeneous MixingSince the mixing blades are composed of several groups of mixing arms, which covers the entire mixing region, both revolution and rotation of mixing blades can ensure the homogeneity of the material. As the above picture shows, the mixing blades’ motion track covers the whole drum after a cycle.
