ZYD1600-ION vacuum plating machine is mainly composed of coating chamber, vacuum pumping system, ion source system,bias power system, heating system, cooling system, rotation system, vacuum measure system, gas flow (MFC)system, intelligent control system , etc.

During the period of production, leak detection or machine commissioning, a customer can send corresponding personnel to our factory for learning with our engineer’s guidance. when our engineer install and debug equipment in customer’s factory, engineer can also provide customer with machine operation training .
4) Machine is transferred successfully, welcome to call or face to face consult with our staff about vacuum machine matters, we’ll be pleased to help.

5) Product quality assurance for a year;

10) Installing and after-service charge: The fee of visa,airplane tickets,Accommodation is by buyer,the buyer also should pay 50usd per day per engineer(it takes about 2 engineers,7days)
