CJ-Series Automatic Circular Seam Welder
The CJ Series Positioner Circumferential Seam Automatic Welding Machine is primarily suitable for circular seam welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metal workpieces. It can weld circular seams on workpieces such as gas storage cylinders, water heaters, fire extinguishers, drive shafts, shock absorbers, mufflers, storage tanks, pipe-to-pipe butt welding, pipe flanges, pipe elbows, and tee joints.

The CJ Series Positioner Circumferential Seam Automatic Welding Machine is a device designed to achieve automatic welding of circular seams. It can be equipped with an argon arc welding machine (with or without filler wire), a melting electrode gas shielded welding machine (CO2/MAG/MIG welding), a plasma welding machine, etc., to form a complete automatic circumferential seam welding system.
The product generally consists of a bed, a main drive box, a bracket, a tailstock, a welding torch moving mechanism, a welding torch lifting mechanism, a multi-dimensional gun adjuster, and an arc welding control system, among other components.
It features an advanced control system, a user-friendly human-machine interface, a high degree of automation, and stable and reliable performance.
Optional Accessories: Argon arc welding automatic wire feeding system, welding machine, fully enclosed sheet metal cover, etc.
