A continuous conveying equipment, also known as U-type screw conveyor, spiral conveyor, or auger conveyor. Consists of a U-shaped tube made up of either mild steel or stainless steel. One of the most cost effective conveyor device in handling dry bulk solids. Can be installed horizontally or inclined with angle not more than 20°. Can be installed with one or more inlets and able to transfer materials to one or more outlets. Conveying distance up to 70 m. Able to handle materials of temperature not more than 200°C.

Working Principle
Adopts a rotating helical screw blade which is driven by electrical motor. The screw blades contain spiral blades known as flights. When screw blade is rotating, materials will be trapped within flights and conveyed forward due to the gravity and friction between the materials and wall.
