Three-pot one-tank water bath sterilizer for efficient and uniform heat treatment. Ideal for large-scale food processing, ensuring consistent sterilization and energy efficiency for high-volume production lines.
Working principle:
1. Heat the hot water tank before the shift to reach the process set temperature;
2. Put the product into the sterilization kettle and close the door;
3. Turn on the balancing device, and the sterilization process water in the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization kettle through the water pump. When the liquid level reaches the process setting level, close the balancing device;
4. Use the circulating pump to circulate the sterilization process water in the kettle, and the steam is injected through the water-steam mixer to enter the circulation heating and raise the temperature to the sterilization temperature set by the process;
5. After reaching the sterilization temperature, the circulation pump remains on;
6. When entering the sterilization stage and the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled by an automatic valve to achieve stable temperature control;
7. After the sterilization stage, stop injecting steam into the kettle;
8. Turn on the balancing device, and the sterilization process water in the sterilization kettle is pumped back to the hot water tank through the water pump and stored for the next sterilization;
9. Close the balancing device and inject cooling water into the sterilizer through the cold water pump to cool the water and product in the autoclave.
Features of three-pot and one-tank water bath sterilizer equipment:
1. High temperature and short time sterilization: heat the water in the sterilization tank to the temperature required for sterilization in advance, thereby shortening the sterilization time and improving work efficiency.
2. Save energy and increase production. The water used in the sterilization process can be recycled, saving energy, time, manpower and material resources, and reducing production costs.
3. For flexible packaging products, especially large packaging, the heat penetration speed is fast and the sterilization effect is good.
The heat distribution is uniform and the product quality is easily controlled.
4. F value measurement function (optional)
The sterilizer can be equipped with the function of measuring F value. All sterilization data, including sterilization conditions, F value, time-temperature curve, time-pressure curve, etc., can be processed by data processing software and saved or printed for easy production management.
