The heating resistors are thick film resistors screenprinted onto stainless steel susbstrates. 2 to 4 layer of various glaze materials are printed and fired to create the insulationlayer and match the thermal expansion of the inox and the resistormaterial. Resistors are made of Silver and Palladium and have a controlled positive temperature coefficient. Protective coating layer, termination, mouting style and casing are following the application and customer design-requirments.
