The purpose of maintenance to battery tools:
1,The sealing ring will be natural aging
2,Hydraulic oil will be oxidative deterioration
3,Electronic Components will be natural aging
4,Hydraulic tools are high strength loading machines,the spare parts will be worn out,the material will be fatigued and cracks
5,High temperature and humidity will accelerate the aging process.
Therefore, it is recommended to shorten the maintenance period of tools. The main method of maintenance is check.Replace the quick-wear parts,add or replace hydraulic oil(include grease) if necessary. The purpose is to eliminate potential safety hazard,ensure reliable operation of tools.
