Texturing machine winding parameter setting
As a craftsman, we all know that the winding processor system of the texturing machine is composed of an electronic control device and a winding processing control program. The stroke correction motor is controlled by the frequency converter, and the stroke correction is controlled according to the winding processing program. Now the winding processing program has a total of 51 winding processing control methods with codes from 0 to 50. Customers can input the required winding processing method codes through the display screen.

Now the winding processing program has a total of 51 winding processing control methods with codes from 0 to 50. Customers can input the required winding processing method codes through the display screen.
Code 0 is a manual setting method, and customers can set sixteen steps or eight steps or the traditional four-step method with stroke correction. The other codes 1 to 50 are 50 different automatic winding processing methods, and the stroke method does not need to be set by the customer. Customers can choose the appropriate automatic winding process according to different requirements, which can interfere with the winding and realize the minimum change of winding tension, so that the wire has better anti-folding and anti-hard edge effects during winding, and provides a better quality of the wire. Good unwinding performance.
"0" manual winding parameter setting principle setting
Winding parameter setting is divided into traverse parameter setting and stroke correction setting.
1. Cross angle
This parameter is used to describe the angle formed after the wire is wound on the bobbin, if it is not selected properly, it will directly affect the forming.
2. Interference amplitude
This parameter refers to the accumulation phenomenon caused by repeated winding at one position during the movement of the traverse motor to prevent the winding of the wire, and the parallel winding will interfere with the generation of fringes.
3. Rise time
The rise time of the traversing disturbance velocity matched to the disturbance amplitude.
4. Fall time
The fall time of the traverse disturbance velocity that matches the disturbance amplitude.
The stroke correction is a four-step correction of the position where the wire is wound on the edge in order to prevent the occurrence of edge lapping; this parameter will directly affect the forming.
The setting value of winding crossing angle is to control the basic rotational speed of the simple shaft of the groove (that is, the number of basic reciprocating strokes/min) to meet the requirements of winding crossing angle. According to the needs of the process, it is generally set to 22-30 degrees.
The interference amplitude (% value) is to add an additional interference amount to the basic speed of the slot to change the winding cross angle, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing overlapping of wire winding.
The amplitude of traverse interference is generally ±2%-15%.
There are two types of winding stroke correction devices:
(A) 16-level (can also be set to 8-level or 4-level) stroke correction device
(B) Four-stage stroke correction principle
The stroke correction device can avoid the hard edge phenomenon of the package, and the device corrects the length of the reciprocating stroke in four stages at the edge of the package. When the package is double-conical, the maximum stroke correction setting value is < 10mm, and when the package is straight, the maximum stroke correction setting value is <9mm.
When setting the above parameters, traverse interference time > maximum stroke correction time. Traverse rise time and traverse fall time > max correction time/2.46
The maximum correction time (S) <0.3162 multiplied by the maximum correction stroke (mm)
The stroke correction principle of the 16th and 8th grades is basically the same as that of the 4th grade.
