Q: What information is needed before I can get a quotation?

A: Please tell us your requirements about items, sizes, material, quantity and packing. If there are pictures for reference will be better.

Q: Are you a factory or trading company? Is it possible to pay a visit?

A: We have more than 15 years experience specialized in different kinds of fabric production and own 2 factories. Our office is located in Changshu and factory in Haian. Welcome for a visit.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. We always pay great importance to quality control from the first beginning to the end of the production. And we accept the third part quality controller or SGS for quality checking. Every product will be fully checked and carefully tested before shipping.

Q: Can I get some samples?

A: We are honored to make samples for you. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, regarding the courier cost, you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx,DHL,TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your FedEx collecting account.

Q: How about the MOQ?

A: MOQ depends product color, size, material and so on. No MOQ requirements for stock products.

Q: What& acute;s the payment you accept?

A: Commonly our payment is 30%T/T as deposit and 70%T/T before the shipment or L/C. other payments can be negotiated
