Facility. With 80 sets of large precise and domestically advanced processing equipments, Xinguangzheng can supply 25000 T steel material, 300 million square meters of steel plate every year. We have three composite plate production line, an annual output of 1.5 million meters; eight color plate production line , an annual output of 3 million meters; three production line for H-beam with an annual output of 10,000 tons; C section steel production line six, an annual output of 15,000 tons; Z steel production line an annual output of 3,000 tons.
The design team at Xinguangzheng is comprised of ten professional design engineers with master's or bachelor degrees, in addition to twenty detail designers. Using software such as PKPM, 3D3S, and X-Steel, they are able to ensure the quality of the designs of our steel structure building, steel structure workshop, steel structure warehouse. Highly precise equipment including gantry planers, automatic submergde arc welding equipment, assembling machines, slitting machines, and shot blasting machines are used to manufacture our quality steel structure building, steel structure workshop, steel structure warehouse, prefabricated house and container house, so that they meet industry standards and expectations of our clients.
We have got national patents: We have 23 production lines for steel structure buildings and prefabricated houses in our five factories totaling an area of 55,000m2. Our 23 R&D specialists can communicate with you in English. They have won us five national patents for our air compressors and one patent for the gun drills used to make our steel buildings and prefabricated houses.
