High-efficiency steam sterilizer designed for consistent and uniform sterilization. Ideal for food processing, it ensures optimal heat distribution and energy-saving performance for large-scale production lines.
How it works
1. The cold air exhaust methods are divided into hot water exhaust type and steam exhaust type.
2. Hot water emptying type
(1) The sterilizer needs to be equipped with a hot water tank;
(2) Place the product into the autoclave, close the autoclave door, and inject hot water from the hot water tank into the autoclave through a water pump;
(3) Hot water enters the autoclave from the bottom and fills the entire autoclave;
(4) Steam is then injected into the autoclave from the top to pressurize the hot water back into the hot water tank;
(5) Stop injecting steam from the top and instead let steam enter from the bottom of the kettle;
(6) Entering the temperature rising stage, a membrane valve is used to control the amount of steam entering the sterilizer to reach the set sterilization temperature;
(7) During the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure in the kettle are controlled by automatic valves;
(8) Inject cooling water into the sterilizer through a cold water pump to cool the product in the sterilizer;
3. Steam exhaust type
(1) The sterilization kettle uses the method of steam inlet from the bottom to remove the cold air in the kettle;
(2) Use a membrane valve to control the injection of steam from the bottom and open the top to exhaust the cold air;
(3) Entering the temperature rising stage, a membrane valve is used to control the amount of steam entering the sterilizer to reach the set sterilization temperature;
(4) During the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure in the kettle are controlled by automatic valves;
(5) Cooling water is injected into the sterilizer through a cold water pump to cool the water and product in the sterilizer.
Scope of application
Steam sterilizer is suitable for all kinds of high temperature resistant packaging materials:
1. Soft bag packaging: leisure small weight aluminum foil bags, transparent bags and other high temperature cooking foods.
2. Canned products: tinplate (three-piece can).
Features of steam sterilizer:
1. Steam is directly injected into the pot through the steam diffusion tube to sterilize the product.
2. Equipped with a cooling device, cold air is not allowed to enter the heating and sterilization stages to ensure that there are no cold spots in the pot during sterilization. The temperature in the constant temperature sterilization stage can be controlled at ±0.5℃.
3. PLC full-automatic control, touch screen command input. It uses the world-renowned brand Siemens ( ) to store multiple sterilization formulas, and the low-voltage electrical appliances use the world-renowned brand Schneider ( ), and the temperature and pressure control operation is stable and reliable.
4. The sterilization process formula is protected by multi-level passwords, eliminating the possibility of misoperation.
5. F value sterilization control system, multi-stage heating, constant detection of the F value of the sterilization product to ensure consistent high quality products.
