SRP Series swing rotary pump suits to transfer media the temperature of which rangesfrom -40℃ to 80℃ like gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, aviation fuel, lubricating oil etc.
Oil products, chemical liquids or any other possible gas pumping applications, like materials delivery of oil depot, condensate pump, liquefied gas pump, train chute, fueling of automobiles, cargo stripping on oil ships. The applicable flow rate ranges from 0 to 200m3/h, outlet pressure from 0 to 3.0MPa, and viscosity from 0 to 1520cst. Small dimensions, large flow rate, high lift, strong suction capacity of piston, high efficiency, gas-liquid mixing transfer are outstanding characteristics for this model of pump.
Main features:
1. With only a length of around 0.01~0.03mm for the seal line locating between rotor and cylinder wall, it thus has strong self-priming capacity, its limiting vacuum can reach 99%, and so can replace vacuum pump for siphoning and stripping. The suction if up to 6m can be completed in 7--8s.
2. Excellent gas-liquid mixing property, can transfer the mixtures with a ratio from 0 to 100%.
3. Wide range of application, suitable to transfer media from high to low viscosity, media with different viscosity can be mixed together in transferring.
4. No vulnerable parts except sealer; the only friction is generated by core and cylinder body, but ultra-low linear speed and wearing cannot affect pump performance, and thus no need to replace it.
5.Little variation for its suction performance either at low or high speed, little variation for the limit vacuum, can produce pumps with must NPSH of 0.5~1.5m.
6.High efficiency of over 72%.
