The entire soft-boiled egg peeling machine is made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, with stable performance, safety and hygiene, reliable quality, and easy maintenance. It is suitable for single-machine or combined continuous production, with high production efficiency and labor saving.

Equipment features:
1) The shelling machine is buffered by a water tank and is divided into 4 rows and 8 rows for conveying. The output is 5,000 and 10,000 eggs/hour respectively.
2) The main frame and shield are all made of (304) stainless steel.
3) The shelling shaft is designed without bearings, and the material is imported high-molecular wear-resistant engineering nylon.
4) The shelling area uses a specially customized rubber from abroad. During the shelling process, a large amount of water is evenly sprayed, which greatly reduces the egg breakage rate. The structure is simple and the failure rate is low. The water is filtered through the filter and then enters the water tank for circulating water.
