Installation instructions:
# # The installation height of the pump, depends on the calculation of the length, diameter and flow speed of the pipeline to reduce unnecessary loss.
# The check valve shall be installed outside of the gate valve.
# Mount the lifting chain at the mouth of the well after the pump is installed in position with a view to lift the pump very conveniently.
# The pump chamber shall be bright, dry and clean, which is favorable for maintenance and inspection; in addition, space needed for dismantling and inspecting work shall also be preset. Especially when several pumps are equipped, full consideration shall be taken into for the gaps of pumps and arrangements etc.
# The top surface of the installation base of the distribution control system shall be higher than the flood level for flood control.
# Lifting frame and devices shall be set up on the well so as to get the maintenance pump lifted conveniently.
# Cable loaded with the pump is prohibited, and the cable shall be mounted on the tank wall to avoid the cable from being damaged due to its friction with the tank wall or other objects which is caused by the flow of water.
# Trash-rack shall be set in the submersible pump. Besides, the submersible pump shall be cleaned thoroughly when watered.
# The water level of the submersible pump shall not lower than the lowest water level to prevent insufficient submergence depth of the motor, which may lead to the burning of the motor due to poor heat dissipation.
# Submerging the cable socket is prohibited to prevent water from entering into the motor through the cable core, which will lead to reduced insulation or internal short circuit.
