# # The MDF used in all the products are environmental. Its hazardous substance contents are conformed to the international standard such as RoHS. Our always used MDF is Carb2 Standard, which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L. And other standard MDF can be provided such E1 or E0.
# The paint used on the frames are no lead content which means the lead is below 0.06mg/L.
# The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
# The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
# All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory.
# Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This etep is ensure that next paint can cover the product homogeneously.
# Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.
# The Wood we use is for FSC standard and we can show the FSC certification to you if you need.
