SEM ELISA Diagnostic Kit
Nitrofurazone (SEM) has a very good antibacterial activity. It has been widely used as poultry, fish

and other growth-promoting additives. However SEM occur cancer and genetic mutations so that

it’s prohibited the use in the animal treatment and feed. SEM ELISA kits utilizing the latest biotech-

nology development has easy, rapid, and sensitive advantages.



This kit uses indirect-competition method mainly based on the immunological reaction between

specific antigen and antibody. SEM specific antigen coated on microtiter plates competes binding

sites of enzyme-labeled SEM specific antibody with added calibrator (or sample). With TMB

chromogenic substrate, the absorbance value was negatively correlated with residues of SEM.

Under the calibration curve, SEM content of the sample can be quantified multiplied by the

corresponding compare dilution.
