Characteristics of the core components:

1. slewing ring

slewing ring can bear the axial load,radial load and tilting moment together.

It consists of mounting holes,external gear or internal gear,grease and seal,with this compact structure,it is easy to start and maintain.

2. Worm and wheel transmission

It gets larger transmission and more compact structure than helical gear

It is line contact between the surface of action,and the bearing capacity is much higher than heli-cal gear

Worm transmission is equivalent to screw drive.multi-teeth meshing transmission is stable and low noisy.

Self-locking.When the lead angle of worm is less than equivalent friction angle between meshing teeth,the mechanism has self-locking and achieve backward self-locking.It means only the worm drives worm wheel,and the worm wheel cannot drive worm.For example:self-locking worm mechanism is used for security protection in heavy machinery.

Unlike standard worms which touch only one tooth, our hourglass worm engages 5-11 teeth on the pitch line of the ring gear from the hourglass thread. This increased tooth engagement gives the gearbox enormous strength and power.

Our base model sizes deliver performance ranges from 6kNm to 220kNm of holding torque, 200Nm to 63kNm of output torque, 500Nm to 271kNm of overturning moment load capacity, and gearbox reduction ratios of 30:1 up to 156,600:1. The mounting can be done horizontally, vertically or a combination of multiple axes.
