How it works
1. Its working principle is similar to that of a steam sterilizer, and its cold air exhaust methods are divided into hot water exhaust type and steam exhaust type;
2. Hot water emptying type
(1) The sterilizer needs to be equipped with a hot water tank;
(2) Place the product into the autoclave, close the autoclave door, and inject hot water from the hot water tank into the autoclave through a water pump;
(3) Hot water enters the autoclave from the bottom and fills the entire autoclave;
(4) Steam is then injected into the autoclave from the top to pressurize the hot water back into the hot water tank;
(5) Stop injecting steam from the top and instead let steam enter from the bottom of the kettle;
(6) Entering the temperature rising stage, a membrane valve is used to control the amount of steam entering the sterilizer to reach the set sterilization temperature;
(7) During the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure in the kettle are controlled by automatic valves;
(8) Cooling water is injected into the sterilizer through a cold water pump to cool the product in the autoclave.
3. Steam exhaust type
(1) The sterilization kettle uses the method of steam inlet from the bottom to remove the cold air in the kettle;
(2) Use a membrane valve to control the injection of steam from the bottom and open the top to exhaust the cold air;
(3) Entering the temperature rising stage, a membrane valve is used to control the amount of steam entering the sterilizer to reach the set sterilization temperature;
(4) During the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure in the kettle are controlled by automatic valves;
(5) Cooling water is injected into the sterilizer through a cold water pump to cool the water and product in the sterilizer.
Equipment Features
1. The steam rotary sterilizer is a steam sterilizer with a rotary device added. Its characteristics are the same as those of the steam sterilizer. Cooling needs to be discharged during the heating and sterilization stages.
2. When rotating and heating, the heat penetrates into the product at a fast speed, ensuring the required sterilization effect and quickly reaching the required Fo value;
3. The rotating body is supported by an external tug, the supporting wheel is integrated with the cylinder support, the kettle body and the protective plate are subjected to less force, which prolongs the service life and makes repair, maintenance and upkeep more convenient;
4. The inner cage body adopts forged rolling ring, and the whole body is processed by aging treatment and other processing technologies to enhance toughness, plasticity, wear resistance and extend service life;
5. The inner rotating body is welded and assembled, and then machined and formed in one go. Dynamic balancing is performed to ensure that the axis and the rotating body are concentric during the rotation process, and that there is no unbalanced weight during the rotation.
6. The food basket pressing system uses cylinders to automatically press separately. The entire set of cylinders is made of alloy, which solves the problems of inaccurate spring reset of the rotating cage cylinder and deformation and leakage of the cylinder seal under high temperature conditions.
7. The machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the user can adjust the rotation speed at any time for products with different viscosities, so that the products will not be separated or precipitated;
8. The brake reducer has an automatic positioning function to ensure that the cage is in a horizontal position after stopping, which is convenient for smooth docking with other supporting equipment;
9. The user can freely set the start time of the rotating device according to the characteristics of his own product.
