Working principle:

The coil at the bottom of the rice dumpling pot is heated by steam to heat the water in the pot, thereby steaming the product in the pot at high temperature.

Performance characteristics:

1. Use coil circulating steam for indirect heating to make the temperature in the pot more uniform.

2. The soup does not need to be discharged when cooking and can be used continuously, saving energy.

3. The outside of the pot is insulated with an insulation layer to prevent heat loss inside the pot and high temperature injuries to personnel during operation.

4. The pot door structure has been changed from flange bolt connection to hydraulic quick opening. Photoelectric limit, interlocking and interlocking functions are installed.

5. The pot door is air-tight and a sight glass is installed at the upper water level of the pot to facilitate timely addition of soup.

6. Multiple equipment share one hydraulic station, which can be operated in a single operation, saving space and reducing costs.
