Lijiang Glass's high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environment-friendly Jumbo Size Automatic Insulating Glass Production Line was officially put into use in Taiwan.

Auto-Jumbo size IG line with double pressing & gas filling on-line Patent protection has been obtained，Patent No.：ZL020372439.2

The auto-Jumbo size IG line can realize glass washing without transfer wheel marks left; automatic glass height measurement by beam; positioning and assembling aluminum frames, gas filling and pressing , automatic adjustment of gas filling gap, automatic detection of argon gas concentration, automatic sealing and other functions. And also has the functions of ordinary double glass, triple-glass, special-shaped glass, stepped glass. Fast speed and high efficiency, which solves the problem of jumbo size insulating glass transmission, gas filling, pressing and sealing are difficult to operate, and realize the jumbo size insulating glass real clean without stains, effectively improve the production efficiency and increase the enterprise's profit for customers . The overall level has reached the international advanced level.

The main performance of the the auto-Jumbo size IG line:

1. Glass washing machine is made of thickened high-quality stainless steel material, strong and durable.

•Glass thickness automatic detectd during glass washing, the Max, glass thickness can reach to  30mm.  Auto-adjustment when the glass exceeds 8 mm.

•Adopts thrust aligning ball bearings, which are more durable and stable than other rubber and plastic materials.(Brush bearing and bearing seat are  important parts of washer,easy to damage because of high speed. )

2. Glass drying section

•The opening and closing distance of the air knife can be automatically adjusted according to different glass thickness.

•Adjusting structure adopts mechanical structure, high stability.

•It can continuously clean glass of different thickness without manual adjustment of air knife. It has better effect on making laminated insulating glass.

3. Glass Inspection section

•Advanced screw adjustment structure design,high aluminum spacer positioning accuracy.

•The aluminum alloy guide rail is light and flat,automatically adjusted up and down according to the height of the glass.

•Adopts hollow design, and the maintenance  door is designed to clean the stubborn stains on the back of the glass. (Automatic lifting check backplane can be customized)

4. Glass Press and AUTO Gas Filling Section

•Pressing mode: servo motor synchronous belt mode is used to ensure ultra-high pressing precision,high pressing speed,can make super large,super thick glass.

•Double plate pressing: Two pressing sections are parallel and can be used separately or simultaneously. Small glass can be processed in two pieces at the same time to improve the efficiency of the whole line (patented).

•Plate pressure adjustable structure: the board and steel frame are equipped with more than 150 adjustment points, which can be adjusted point-to-point, and can provide better sealing protection for the aerated insulating glass (Bystronic technology).

•Movable synchronous belt-type bottom gas filling: Ensure that the aeration holes are always located between the first piece of glass and the aluminum frame. Uniform inflation, high concentration, fast speed, saveing argon gas (patented).

•Online display of inflation concentration: During cooperation with the United States AFS, it is the first time in the world to achieve real-time display control of gas filling concentration (patented).

•Partition gas filling control: Automatically start the glass partition gas filling according to the glass size, saving energy and gas.
