Compared with ball mills, the High-rate Raymond mill has higher efficiency, lower power consumption, and smaller area occupying and smaller lump-sum investment. Due to the centrifugal force, the roller mills grind tightly on the rings. Thus it will not influence the output and granularity of the finished products even when the roller and the ring have wear-out in some degree.

It is designated for processing superfine powder of over 300 noninflammable and nonexplosive materials with Mohs hardness below Grade 8 and water content below 6% in the field of mine ,chemical industry, building materials, such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, steatite, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, active carclazyte, active carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphorus ore, gypsum, glass, manganese ore, titanium ore, copper mine, chrome ore, refractory materials, heat preservation materials, coal coke, coal fines, black, , bone meal, titanium white powder, ,quartz, and so on. The finished products can be adjusted freely from 80 to 325 meshes with max meshes of 600 for some materials.
