9 technical persons and 6 QC test the original products one by one using instrument and mobile phone main board, For generic products, we are strict in the material proceed and the production so that we can be sure for the best quality, our both factories own 37 QC and are with ISO 9001 Quality approved.
Usually products are warranted for 150 days,but it depends on merchandise& acute;s peculiarity.( pleae read specific note on PI). In the case of merchanises are found defective, please return back to us. But All the returned parts are requested to be packaged same to ours, and original labels marked by us can not be removed, all of the parts can not be used or damaged deliberately.
