The quail egg steaming and peeling line automates the steaming, cooling, and shell removal processes. Designed for high efficiency, it ensures consistent quality, reduces labor costs, and increases production capacity for large-scale quail egg processing.

Equipment Overview:
  The quail egg steaming and shelling line is a complete set of quail egg and marinated egg processing production line equipment independently produced by our company based on foreign advanced technology. The main parts of the equipment are all imported, and are digested, transformed and innovated according to the characteristics of domestic raw eggs and customer needs. The steaming and braising production line is a complete set of processing equipment integrating soaking and cleaning, spiral steaming, shell crushing and braising. The equipment has a high automation program. Fresh eggs are soaked and then boiled. After the boiled eggs are shelled, they are rinsed with a large amount of water. After cleaning and selection, they are braising. The whole machine is made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, which is safe and hygienic, reliable in quality, and easy to maintain. At the same time, the continuous production line production has high production efficiency and labor saving. The production line adopts (steaming) soda water mixed heating to save energy consumption. The production line is suitable for the processing and production needs of egg processing enterprises such as quail eggs with shells.

Process introduction:
  1. Soaking and conveying eggs: The quail eggs are soaked and conveyed to adjust the moisture of different batches of quail eggs, and the internal temperature of the eggs reaches a certain equilibrium value. After being processed by the pre-heated egg conveyor, unfresh and broken eggs can be removed.
  2. Spray cleaning: During the quail egg conveying process, the spray pipe is used to clean the mud stains of the eggs while conveying them, making the eggs cleaner.
  3. Centering egg boiling machine: After the quail eggs are placed for a period of time, the yolk will be eccentric, which will affect the breakage rate of peeling. During the egg boiling process of the centering egg boiling machine, each quail egg can be turned while boiling to ensure that the yolk is in the center, thus improving the quality of the finished eggs.
  4. Quail egg shell crusher: Through mechanical action, the eggshell on the surface of the quail egg is evenly broken to prepare for the subsequent shelling.
  5. Quail egg shelling machine: After the ten rubber rollers rotate, the egg and shell on the surface of the quail egg are peeled off.
  6. Quail egg shell conveyor: After the shell is peeled off, it is automatically transported and collected to the designated location.
  7. Finished product conveyor cleaning machine: Manually select bad eggs and convey and clean the finished eggs.
