The whole quail egg peeling machine is made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel, which has stable performance, safety and hygiene, reliable quality, easy maintenance, continuous production, high production efficiency and labor saving.
Equipment features:
　　1) The shelling machine is equipped with a water tank for eggs, 12 rows of conveying, and a guide plate inside the water tank to effectively prevent bridging.
　　2) The main frame and shield are all made of (304) stainless steel.
　　3) The shelling shaft is designed without bearings and is made of imported polymer wear-resistant engineering nylon with a long service life.
　　4) The transmission reducer is equipped with an overload protector to effectively protect the whole machine from overload damage to the equipment. 5
　　) The shelling adopts latex hose and large water for uniform spraying, which greatly reduces the breakage rate of quail eggs. The spraying water is filtered through the filter and then enters the water tank for circulating water.
