Hexagonal Wire Mesh to Encircle Poultry or Garden
Hexagonal wire mesh is also known by the name of chicken wire, gabion mesh and hexagonal wire netting. Materials of wire are low carbon steel, stainless steel, zinc-5% aluminum alloy (galfan), iron. Surface treatments are galvanized, PVC coating or galvanized plus PVC coating. Hex mesh is usually used as fence for chicken, rabbit, duck, geese and so on. It can protect vegetable, flower or small plant from poultry and small animals. Chicken wire also can decorate furniture, cabinet and dresser, manufacture sculptures, or used as window screen and door screen. It can be made into rockfall netting and stucco mesh. Heavy hexagonal wire mesh could used for gabion basket and gabion sack, it can control and guide water or flood, used as retaining walls, channel lining, in emergency situation and river training work.

Specifications

Material: low carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, iron wire.
Surface treatment: zinc-5% aluminum alloy (galfan), galvanized, PVC coated, galvanized plus PVC coated.
Mesh opening shape: hexagon.
Weaving method:
normal twist (double twisted or triple twisted).
reverse twist (double twisted).
Galvanized species:
Electro galvanized before weaving.
Electro galvanized after weaving.
Hot dipped galvanized before weaving.
Hot dipped galvanized after weaving.
Two standard zinc coating for hot dipped galvanized:
Normal zinc coating: 50-60 g/m2.
Heavy zinc coating: 200-260 g/m2, maximum zinc coating is 300 g/m2.
PVC coating color: green, black, gray, orange, yellow, red, white, blue.
Nominal thickness of PVC coating layer is 0.50 mm to 1.00 mm.
Height: 0.3 m - 2 m.
Length: 5 m, 10 m, 20 m, 25 m, 30 m, 35 m, 50 m.
Height and length can be manufactured according to your custom.

Galvanized before weaving hexagonal wire meshes offer better performance of rust and corrosion resistance than galvanized after weaving.
Galvanized and PVC coated hexagonal wire mesh have longer life, low cost.
