The group company consists of three companies:Xingtai Zhengkun machinery & mill roll co.,LTD,Hebei shengbo pump co.,LTD and Shijiazhuang BKDR metallurgical materials co.,LTD.Our products in three series too:Mill rolls,slurry pump and ferro alloy.

Xingtai zhengkun machinery & mill roll co.,LTD is originally found in 1993,was the Baixiang branch of SINOSTEEL XTMMC(the biggest and best rolls producer in china),the company has a site area of 80,000 square meter and 286 employees,annual production capacity is 20,000 tons.Our products cover various kinds of static and centrifugal casting rolls with different materials,for example,cast iron,cast steel,adamite,HSS,HiCr iron and steel,HiNiCr,Cr4 and etc.The company posseses 6sets intermediate frequency smelting furnace,7sets centrifugal casting machine,4sets jet quenching machines,10sets heat treatment furnaces,4sets CNC lathe and 50sets other machining lathe,the company equipped with spectrometer,ultrasonic flaw detector,high resolution microscope,material laboratories and other inspection equipments to guarantee the roll quality.

Shijiazhuang BKDR metallurgical materials co.,LTD. mainly produce and supply ferro alloy,we relies to University of Science and Technology Beijing to research the high quality metallic addition.Currently, company mainly produces: the magnesium tablet low Si nodularizer for solving foundry returns backlog problem in the production process of ductile iron castings; high quality Ni-Mg, Cu-Mg and RE-Mg ferrosilicon alloy nodularizer with low MgO, ωMg≤0.5% for the manufacture of ductile iron castings; high magnesium-containing cored wires for nodular iron casting; Si-Ba, Si-Zr, Si-Mn-Zr, Si-Sr, low-RE Si-Fe inoculations for the production of gray iron and ductile iron castings; the refining agent and nano-sized TiN modificator for improving the property of high speed steel, high Cr iron and low alloy steel; Si-Ba, Si-Zr and Si-Mn-Zr pipe powder for ductile iron pipe.

Hebei Shengbo pump co.,LTD was the Baixiang branch of Shijiazhuang KINGDA slurry pump industry group Co,LTD,which is the largest manufacturer of slurry pumps,sewage pumps and submersible pumps in china.We introduce the advanced technology of slurry pump from WARMAN,KSB etc,and make technical reform accordingly, our products has come up to the advanced world level of similar foreign products with its well anti-wear,anti-corrosive and long life time with low maintenance.Our capacity is 10000mt/year,mainly supply to mining,metallurgy,municipal works,coal,petroleum,chemical,building material and others.

Meanwhile,we also widely offer the OEM service for casting products with following materials:Gray iron,wear-resistant white cast iron,corrosion-resistant cast iron,wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant for FGD condition,wear-resistant steel,cast steel,stainless steel,duplex stainless steel,casting tin bronze,casting aluminum bronze etc.The OEM products include pump parts,valves,motor shells,mining machine parts,wind generator pars and gearbox housing.
