Full Auto Double Sheet Trimming Machine adopts full sealed shell design with PLC screen, which makes it co
nvenient to operate while ensures the security of operators. The caution light has three different colors to show the machine condition. Full auto material feeding and large capacity of card feeding box help users save lots of time and human labor.
Compared to single sheet trimming machine, the full auto double sheet trimming machine can work on two sheets material at the same time, double enhance the productivity.
Material after trimming will be collected in one collecting box with function of auto promotion and demotion. When one collecting box is full, the other one collecting box will take over the work of material collecting process.
Features:
1.Two material feeding devices share one material supply position. Suctions on two transporting device will co
nvey sheet material alternately.
2. Two working platforms for rotating and cutting sheet material, which save much more time and improve working efficiency.
3. Electrical eyes detect material feeding and collecting process, if material runs out or collecting device is full, machine will stop working automatically and make a
lert.
