Mining Machinery

A mechanical machine consisting of a series of buckets attached to plate sleeve roller chains as its traction component and used to haul materials vertically. Able to carry materials with bulk density less than 2 t/m3. Elevating distance up to 45 m. Able to handle materials of temperature not more than 250°C. Installed with high strength plate chain made up from superior alloy. Adopt several kinds of driving groups to drive which are securely framed and guard railed on driving platform.

Working Principle
A series of buckets attached to plate sleeve roller chains with sprockets located at the top and bottom, also known as the drive sprocket and divert sprocket. The bucket is filled up with material and conveyed to the head terminal. Under the centrifugal force of the parabolic design, the materials will be thrown from the bucket into the discharge chute. Driving device drives the sprocket to operate the motion of conveying buckets in circular. After discharging materials into the discharge chute, empty buckets driven back to the bottom and repeat the process.
