Description:

1. The guar seeds are broken and the germ is separated from the endosperm. From one seed, 2 halves of endosperms are obtained and are called as undehusked guar splits. The husk is separated from the endosperm halves through heating & polishing and the refined guar splits are obtained.
2. The refined guar splits are then treated and converted into powder through grinding process.
