Equipment Overview:
Computerized fully automatic single-door horizontal marinade circulation cooking pot is an egg marinade line carefully developed by our company using the latest technology. The kettle has passed the inspection of the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, with stable performance, uniform heat distribution in the kettle, and a temperature difference of ±0.5℃ at each point in the kettle (heat distribution). The marinating effect is good. Electronic and mechanical double overpressure protection, and mechanical double safety interlock.
Equipment features:
1. Indirect heating by water immersion marinating: Water immersion hot water circulation achieves the marinating and cooking effect, and the marinade is circulated. The product is not in direct contact with the steam, and the kettle adopts a shaking structure, so that the marinade can fully contact the product, effectively avoiding the white spots on the surface of the product due to insufficient contact with the marinade.
2. PLC is used to control the pressure to solve the problem of uneven marinating effect caused by large errors caused by manual operation and uneven temperature in the pot. The entire marinating process is automatically controlled by the PLC program to realize multi-stage hot marinade temperature control, marinating temperature, and full process recording of time, and manual and automatic separation, which can be operated separately.
3. The electronic digital temperature controller controls the temperature, which can more effectively control the temperature difference, ensure the temperature stability of the marinating time, and minimize the difference between product batches.
4. Fully automatic series: The temperature in the tank is very stable, the heat distribution is uniform, and the control system can switch from a single marinating process to a multi-stage marinating process. Dozens of marinating process parameters are stored in the computer at the same time, which is convenient for users to choose.
5. Perfect control system, more humanized: This automatic marinating line adopts an advanced programmable controller and uses a touch screen to adjust the process parameters, making the operation simpler and more intuitive. Parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time can be modified at will without affecting normal operation. Each process time such as preheating time and constant temperature marinating time can be monitored, which improves work efficiency. When the food is pushed into the kettle, you only need to press the automatic start button to do fully automatic marinating, from exhaust temperature rise → marinating → marinating recovery, it is completed, fully automated, no manual operation is required, saving time and effort.
