Low-viscosity Polymer Emulsion PL is a water soluble emulsion by copolymerization. Its main materials are acrylates and acrylamide, and auxiliary materials are mineral oil and surfactants. It is mainly used to reduce filtration of drilling fluid.

Application Range and Method
PL is used as fluid loss control agent with no effect on viscosity. It can effectively control fluid loss of drilling fluid, improve quality of mud cake, and be used for salt water and saturated brine drilling fluid systems.
PL can be formulated into aqueous solution for use or mixed into drilling fluid directly. Suggest mixing uniformly and slowly or mix intermittently.
Recommend dosage is 0.5% to 1.0%.

25kg or 200kg plastic drums or according customer’s requirement.
