Royal Display provides 2 years warranty for SMD led module and electronic led signs. We also provide extended warranty service which can be long to 5 years. After exceeded the warranty period, we still provide free on-line service, and provide replacement components in cost price.

For general customer, we provide sufficient spare parts including LED module, control card, sending card, power supply, cables and air plugs, and provide training to resolve simple problem. 24*7 online inquiry.

For professional customers or distributors who have technical to replace the lamp or IC, we give sufficient lamp, IC and others electronic component. The cost will be very low.

Lead time management

All main processes of LED display manufacture were controlled by ourselves. After the order is confirmed, we arrange and control production schedule strictly. There would be no delay with our promised lead-time.

Generally, our modules lead-time is 7-12 days, led board is 10-15 days.
