1. Technical characteristics of the front-section production line:

1.1. Adopt PLC centralized control, touch screen display and operation, and focus on the control cabinet of the closing chamber.

1.2. Cleaning the dryer is the key equipment of the whole line. According to the thickness of the glass can electrically adjust the upper rubber roller, brush roller, wind blade and so on the device, with digital display. The upper part can be raised up to 400mm for easy cleaning and maintenance. The transmission of the brush roller is driven separately by the upper and lower one motor. The upper brush roller has two hard brushes with cylinder lift and a soft brush. This arrangement can clean the hard LOW-E glass and coated glass without damaging the coating surface. Equipped with two pairs of stainless steel wind knives, the fan is equipped with silencing cotton and air inlet filter net, large air volume, small noise, good air drying effect.

1.3. The sheet room is equipped with a sheet table, can lift the universal wheel frame, positioning cylinder, rubber film paving machine, suction cup hanger, which is very convenient to operate multiple pieces for sheet. After positioning, each single piece of sheet will be automatically transmitted to the front end through the transition transmission section, and then run at the same speed as the prepress, so as to quickly vacate the space for the next glass sheet.

1.4. The prespress has reasonable structure and easy to operate. The main transmission adopts frequency frequency regulation and gear transmission. The whole machine is running smoothly and reliably, and is centrally controlled by the sheet chamber. The front and rear two independent large pressure rollers are driven independently by the reducer, the gap adjustment is PLC control and setting, touch screen display and operation, and the limit adjustment of the upper pressure roller is coaxial transmission to ensure that the gap between the two large pressure rollers is consistent.
