At the beginning of the meeting, salesmen reported their achievement of the sales target in the first quarter ,summarized their experience and analyzed their shortcomings one by one. According to the salesmen’s report, the head of sales department gave everyone careful analysis and comments ,and also help salesmen determined the sales target for second quarter. Then branch general manager Sun Yang made the summarizing speech, he pointed out that the Marketing Department should insist on taking orders as a goal as well as taking service as an aim. They should actively response the annual development ideas of "competing for orders, expanding production capacity, improve weak links, promoting development" to achieve maximum benefit. Meanwhile, in the current situation of multi -point spread of domestic COVID-19, salesmen should actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control. Using the network to replace traveling to visit clients to ensure the efficiency of the work and word together to achieve the annual sales target. At the end of the meeting, relevant leaders presented prizes to the top three of sales in the first quarter and distribute souvenirs to all salesmen to encourage them.
After the award ceremony, the head of technical department provided professional training for salesmen. Through the comparative analysis of the competition index, this training summarized the competitive advantages of the company's main products, such as DTY machine, yarn wrapping machine, air flow spinning and so on.
