What are the installation steps of aluminum alloy doors and windows? let's find out together.

1.Trim the door and window openings.

Make the sagittal degree of the door and window opening according to the designed size of the door and window opening.

Fasten the fixture to the aluminum alloy door and window frame with bolts and so on.

2.Fixed door and window frame.

Put the aluminum alloy door and window frame into the hole, temporarily fix it with a wooden wedge, adjust the distance before and after, and use the level to adjust the horizontal and verticality of the door and window frame.

Then.Firmly connect the fixture with the hole with expansion bolts.

Note: the interval between the door and window frame and the hole can be filled with mineral wool felt strips or glass wool felt strips, leaving a 5-8mm deep gap on the surface of the gap.

3. Install doors and windows.

Install the doors and windows on the frame and rotate freely.

4. Decorate the opening.

Use sealant to fill the deep notch of 5-8mm left in the hole, scrape and dry the hole.
