It is appropriate for the mixing, reaction and absorption processes of medium and high viscosity liquids with a viscosity of no more than 10 centipoises, or the mixing and reaction process of polymer flow in production; it has a better effect on handling a large quantity.

Static Mixing uses static or non-moving elements, sometimes referred to as mixing elements, configured in pipelines to efficiently combine two fluid substances.? In general Static Mixers combine flow division with radial mixing to achieve a mixed output.

It is suit for mixing, emulsifying, reaction, absorption, extraction, and enhanced heat transfer process of liquid - liquid, liquid – gas and gas – gas.

The?Sanitary?Static Mixer is used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries and is specifically designed for those processing applications that require quick take-apart construction for frequent cleaning.

Sanitary units can be provided with quick disconnect or sanitary threaded end connections to enable fast removal from a system for cleaning and inspection. The mixing elements are housed in a sanitary tubing.

Sanitary Mixers are manufactured in type 316 stainless steel. The mixing elements and the standard housings?are available in mirror finish both internally and externally. All welds are ground smooth and are free of cracks and crevices. For lower pressure drop, this?model is also available.

The Static Mixer does not require any external energy. Instead, the fluid mixture is just by means of the kinetic energy & potential energy of the fluid itself. Also, the blades inside the tube can make the fluid right & left rotation, constantly change the flow direction and thus make the fluid mixed fully and effectively.
