This tire inspection system is a single-station or double-station inspection system with independent inspection system,which includes U-shaped linear array X-ray receiver.X-ray tube uses special testing tube for tires.Industrial X-ray high-voltage power supply; PLC control inspection motion mechanism; X-ray tube motion mechanism; tire expansion and rotation mechanism. It also has independent X-ray protection room and tire loading&unloading device. The device is Stable, reliable,and highly efficient,superior to similar products. The automatic defect recognition software allows for objective and efficient quality assessment against specified limits and extracts various data for statistical process control for every tire, e.g. internal construction details that help make production quality measureable – an important role in continuous production improvement.

The latest high-precision mechanical system, allows high positioning accuracy of the tires in the rotation detection (horizontal positioning accuracy of less than 1. 5mm), thus ensuring best image quality. 02. Uses LDA linear array detector, Pixel : 3200 pix, Length : 1280 mm, Dynamic transmission precision : 12 bits, 1-6 images can be taken for each tire, 03. The designed modern equipment operates in two different technology modes simultaneously : X-ray penetration technology is used to image the inside of the entire tire (bead to bead). Resolution : 0. 8 mm ; with display, visual inspection, and storage functions. X-ray digital radiography technology is used to image any part of the tire. Resolution : 0. 4 mm ; with partial image display, quantitative measurement and storage functions. 04. X-ray digital radiography technology provides advanced checking and measuring technique and corresponding tools. This technique allows metering any part of the tire, like a ruler measurement of arrangement deviation, defect size, steel cord distance, angle, and other actual sizes, is available. 05. Tires are mounted on mobile trolley outside the X-ray protection room, and automatically enter the lead room, so that the X-ray equipment can be effectively protected from the collision of tires.
