A: Yes. This may be extra charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size (usually from free charge to US$150). You may send us high resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.

Q: Can you make my own design?
A: Yes. You can choose a similar design from our price list or your own design photos with detail requirements you have.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Pay by T/T(Wire Transfer), Western Union or MoneyGram, PayPal, Credit Card. 30%-50% deposit, balance after finishing production, before shipment.

Q: How could I Shipping the goods?
A: By Express(DHL,UPS,FedEx, etc.), By Air or By Sea according to your order quantity.
We will choose the best shipping way for you.

Q: What included in products?
A: Repair Kit(Same material and gule), Blower( CE 220v-240v/UL 110v-120v).

Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged?
A: 2 years& acute; limited warranty. It’s long distance to ship goods back, so we send repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material) to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there’s any problem.

A: Yes.

8. How to Buy?

The process is as follows: (we Accept T/T or?Western Unio.)

1. Tell us the Items model and quantity you order. We make a PI for you. Then you pay 50% of the total amount to our company account (Please notice bank charge is paid by your side)

2. After we receive the down payment, we will produce the goods for you.

3. Once we finish the products, we will send you the photos to check and confirm.

4. If everything is ok, you pay the balance amount.

5. After we receive the balance amount, we will arrange shipping for you.
