Hydrostatic Test Machine for Gas Cylinder
Shineeast Hydrostatic test machine for gas cylinder is water jacket test method, which is applicable to all hydrostatic testing where determination of volumetric expansions are required. It consists of enclosing a cylinder filled with water inside a test jacket filled with water. Pressure is then applied internally to the cylinder, causing the cylinder to expand. The total and permanent volumetric expansions of the cylinder are determined by measuring the amount of water displaced by the expansion of the cylinder when under pressure and after pressure has been released. This is the only testing method that will requalifiy a cylinder for charging to 10% in excess of the marked service pressure.
Shineeast Hydrostatic Test Machine for Gas Cylinder is applicable to the external measurement hydrostatic testing of various high-pressure gas cylinders, and the complete set of operation tests such as empty cylinder weighing, water injection, exhausting air, full cylinder weighing, hydrostatic testing etc. are carried out by computer. Through the test, the volume residual deformation rate of the cylinder can be accurately measured to ensure the safe use of the cylinder. The machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T9521 Hydrostatic Test Method for Gas Cylinders.
