The production process of inflatable insulating glass mainly includes the following steps:

1. Original glass sheet: First, it is necessary to prepare glass with the same thickness, high flatness and clean surface. These glasses are usually clear glass, tempered glass, coated glass, OW-E glass, etc.

2. Glass cutting and grinding disc: Cut and polish the prepared glass to ensure that its size and flatness meet the requirements.

3. Glass cleaning and drying: Use a vertical cleaning machine to clean the dust, dirt and grease on the glass surface and dry it.

4. Inflation of glass merging: the cleaned glass is sent to the merging section for merging, and at the same time, inert gas argon is injected into the merging chamber to automatically complete the inflating process

5. Sealing: Seal the surroundings of the inflatable insulating glass with glue to ensure its sealing performance and stability.
