Mining Machinery

A mechanical machine consisting of a series of buckets attached to high strength ring chains as its traction component and used to haul materials vertically. THG is an advanced version of TH bucket elevator in terms of capacity and conveying distance. Able to carry materials with bulk density less than 1.8 t/m3. Elevating distance up to 75 m. Able to handle materials of temperature not more than 250°C. Uses two types of conveying bucket which are Zh type for wet, cakey materials, and Sh type (deep bucket) for dry, loose materials.

Working Principle
A series of buckets attached to high strength ring chains with sprockets located at the top and bottom. The bucket is filled up with material and conveyed to the head terminal. Under the centrifugal force of the parabolic design, the materials will be thrown from the bucket into the discharge chute. Driving device which adopts vertical shaft gearbox drives the pulleys to operate the motion of conveying buckets in circular. After discharging materials into the discharge chute, empty buckets driven back to the bottom and repeat the process.
