X-ray real-time imaging system is a high-tech product which combines X-ray imaging technology, computer image processing technology, electronic technology, and mechanical automation technology. This system has advantages such as high automatiori degree, fast detection speed, greatly improved radiographic inspection efficiency, reduced inspection cost, easy storage and query of test data, etc. ; furthermore, its real-time dynamic effect is far superior than the traditional photography. Over the years, the system has been successfully applied to the non-destructive testing in numerous industries such as aerospace, military weapons, petrochemical, high-pressure containers, automobile, shipbuilding, boiler welded pipe, refractory materials, various castings and ceramic industries. The digital real-time imaging system mainly uses a combination of Toshiba, Unique and Seiko to ensure excellent imaging results. This program uses traditional image intensifier, with imaging principle as following : The image intensifier is a kind of vacuum tube, the X-ray input screen is made of thin aluminum or titanium material, the base layer of the screen is coated with sodium-doped cesium iodide as input scintillator, which converts invisible X-ray images into visible light images, and then converts the visible light images into corresponding electron beams through the action of photoelectric anode plate, electron beams are accelerated under the action of high voltage and focused on the fluorescent output screen, thereby forming the visual detection images ; the back of output screen is equipped with tri-variable lens and CCD camera, which input the analog signal of visual images into the industrial monitor and frame grabber of computer for A/D conversion, and then input them into the computer for image processing. The technology, quality, and performance of this system are all in domestic leading level.

Detection mechanism and image intensifier should be able to complete a 25 ° inclination movement during the detection. Optical shutter is installed in the X-ray tube window, which opens only during the detection process to avoid frequent initiation of high-voltage by X-ray machine, so extending life of equipment. The electrical control system uses the frequency converter to control the output speed and rotation speed of the welded pipes, so as to meet different needs. 04.Protection system: The protective lead room has a manual maintenance door, which is Protection against Ionizing Radiation and for the Safety of Radiation protective door is interlocked with X-ray machine.
