H5-HA(Ag) rapid test kit

INTENDED USE
This kit is an in vitro immunoassay membrane test (Dot-ELISA) for the direct rapid and qualitative detection of hemagglutinin (HA) of Influenza A Virus, H5 strain (also known as highly pathogenic avian influenza) in avian excretes, human nasopharyngeal aspirates, swabs, nasal wash, chicken embryo whole virus inoculation or viral lysates, etc. It is intended for clinical identification of specific H5, type-A influenza viruses.The use of this immuno-filtration assay provides rapid reliable and safe diagnostic method for detection of H5 avian influenza within 30 minutes. Simple use device that has integrated quality control dot and do not require any additional laboratory equipment.

COMPONENTS
1.6 x H5-HA (Ag) Immunofiltration Devices in aluminium pouch with desiccant. The device has an integrated sample flow controller.
2.Sample Lysis Bottle: 6 bottles/kit.
3.Plastic Pipette: 6pipettes/kit.
4.Virus Lysis Buffer: 1dropper bottle of 3mL. Ready for use as supplied
5.HRP-conjugate :1dropper bottle of 2mL. Ready for use as supplied.
6.Wash Buffer: 1dropper bottle of 6mL.Ready for use as supplied.
7.Chromogen Solution: 1bottle of 1mL.Ready for use as supplied.
8.Stop Solution: 1dropper bottle of 1mL.Ready for use as supplied.
9.Instruction: 1 copy.
10.Materials required but not provided: clock or timer, disposable pipettes, biohazard waste container, positive/negative controls (on demand)

STORAGE AND STABILITY
The components of the kit will remain stable through the expiration date indicated on the label and package when stored between 2-8Centigrade, DO NOT FREEZE. To assure maximum performance of this H5-HA(Ag) Dot- ELISA, during storage protect the reagents from contamination with micro organisms or chemicals.
