- Introduction

PXZS Gyratory Vibrating Screen is a high standard screening equipment, used to separate and classify materials according to its particle size. Adopting advance ROTEX technology, the gyratory screen operates in a unique gyratory motion which enhance the screening efficiency without deteriorating the quality of the material. A combination of actions takes place where the screening begins with a horizontal circular motion at feed end, gradually changing to elliptical motion at centre and lastly to a straight line motion at the discharge end. This is to ensure the materials are in constant contact with the screen surface. PXZS Gyratory Vibrating Screen consists of a top cover, screen frame, screen box, base and driving system. The common used installation type is cable-suspension.

- Application Use

PXZS Gyratory Vibrating Screen is widely used in the abrasive, food, salt, sugar, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, metallurgy, recycling industries and etc. It can be used to screen raw materials or finished products for grains, sodium bicarbonate, large granular urea, urea granules, ceramide, zirconia, reduced iron powder, barite, spices, plastic, rubber, wood, plywood, medicine, chemical, refractory materials, building materials, activated carbon, food, PVC powder and other fine materials etc.
