Gantry crane safety monitoring system was developed by my company, it is a new generation gantry crane safety monitoring and information management products, which enables portal cranes comprehensive monitoring of running status, a variety of information in different hazard warnings and operating jobs management,it can effectively improve the level of safety and operational efficiency of the gantry crane .
Gantry crane safety monitoring and warning system is composed by gantry crane safety monitor and a remote management center crane information management system.

gantry crane safety monitor host (built-in brake control) has the band dynamic display, stroke sensors, lifting height sensor, weight sensor, the magnitude limit device, anemometer, rope reel running distance detection sensor, part of the amount of skew sensors, wireless transmission modules and other communication.
crane information management system can achieve a number of projects in the region, many types of gantry crane operators and security status of the real-time information management, easy to implement gantry crane remote information management needs.
