The full spray sterilizing tank ensures uniform and effective sterilization of food products using a comprehensive spray system, eliminating bacteria and pathogens, and enhancing product safety and shelf life.

Principle of full spray sterilizer:

    A small amount of process water is injected into the process tank to reach the predetermined liquid level. The process water is evenly sprayed on the product through the nozzles on the top and both sides of the sterilizer via a circulating pump. The heat distribution in the pot is uniform, the temperature and pressure are accurately controlled, and there is no dead angle in the sterilization.

Scope of application:

The full spray sterilizer is suitable for all kinds of high temperature resistant packaging materials:

1. High temperature bagged products: high temperature cooking bags, aluminum foil bags

2. Metal canned products: tinplate cans, aluminum cans, and aluminum bowls.

3. Glass bottle products: glass bottles

4. Products in plastic bottles, cups and boxes: PP bottles, PP cups, aluminum foil boxes, plastic boxes.

Features of full spray sterilizer:

1. Indirect heating and indirect cooling, cooling water does not contact process water, avoiding secondary contamination of food.

2. PLC full-automatic control, touch screen command input. It uses the world-renowned brand Siemens ( Zhucheng Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd.) to store multiple sterilization formulas, and the low-voltage electrical appliances use the world-renowned brand Schneider ( Zhucheng Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd.), with accurate temperature and pressure control and stable and reliable operation.

3. The sterilization process formula is protected by multi-level passwords, eliminating the possibility of misoperation.

4. F value accurate sterilization control system, multi-stage heating and cooling, constant detection of the F value of the sterilized product to ensure consistent high-quality products. Constant temperature sterilization temperature can be controlled at ±0.4℃; pressure can be controlled at ±0.005MPa.

5. The sterilization process water preheating system ensures that the hot-filled products continue to heat up.

6. A small amount of sterilization process water circulates quickly to quickly meet the sterilization process requirements and save energy consumption.
