Flat shaker screen also called flat shale shaker screen. It is a type of replacement screen which derives from Derrick series shale shaker screen (PWP). This type shaker screen has quadrilateral resin coverings and fine mesh sizes. Flat shale shaker screen is usually used to filter out the oil in the drilling mud. Its smooth top screen surface effectively reduces the friction coefficient and largely increases the liquid flow rate. This screen surface design can allow more fluids to pass the screen. Compared with hook strip soft screen, flat shaker screen has higher screening efficiency and better drilling fluids control performance.

This type shaker screen has high operational efficiency. It greatly reduces the working time and drilling costs. Flat shaker screen has high strength and good wear resistance. Due to its wear resistant property, flat shaker screen performs well in the abrasive environment. This type replacement screen can meet the various screening requirements of the drilling equipment.
