- Introduction

DT II Fixed Belt Conveyor is a kind of equipment that conveys transporting materials from one location to the other. The fixed belt conveyor machine comprises of rack, conveyor belt, pulley, rollers, tensioning devices, driving unit and other components. The belt conveyor works by two endpoint pulleys and a closed conveyor belt, where the pulleys drive the conveyor belt to rotate. The movement of conveyor belt relies on the frictional force between the drive pulley and the conveyor belt to deliver materials to the discharge end. DT II Fixed Belt Conveyor can be combined with other feeding facilities to form a level or oblique feeding system so as to meet the demand of various operating line. The types of handling materials depend on the length and width of the belt, trough angle and the slope angle of the conveyor. The conveyor belt has its own special features, such as heat-resistant, oil-resistant, water-proof, and anti-corrosion.

- Application Use
