Fatigue Test Machine for Grooved Pipe Fittings
SHINEEAT Fatigue Test Machine for Grooved Pipe Fittings is used for fatigue testing for grooved pipe fittings with different nominal diameters. Through computer operation, pressure-holding pressure, pressure-holding time and pressure pressurizing rate can be set for pressure testing; and pressure range, frequency and testing time can be set for fatigue testing. Connect the tested samples through the quick couplings connector, click the drain button in the interface, and the equipment will automatically replenish water and exhaust air from the testing samples. After the air is exhausted, perform pressure-holding testing. Click “Start”, and the equipment will automatically pressurize the tested samples at the preset pressurizing rate. After reaching the testing pressure, it will automatically hold the pressure. After the pressure-holding time is completed, it will automatically unload pressure, automatically generate a report, and automatically save the testing data. To perform fatigue testing, click “Start”, and the equipment will perform fatigue testing on the tested samples according to the designed frequency and pressure range. After reaching the set time, it will automatically stop and unload pressure, automatically generate a report, and automatically save the testing data. Pressure testing and fatigue testing can be completed by the same equipment.
